Shipping Policy

www.houseofmandm.com is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units? The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region. How long does it take for an order to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. What if I the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 7984590068 or email us at support@houseofmandm.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Order Cancellation,Return and Refund Policy

At House Of M & M, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite traditional & western outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.

We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem.

1) We offer 3 Days No Question Asked Return Policy to Our Customers.

2) Please make all valid return requests within 3 days of receiving the product by dropping us an email on support@houseofmandm.com

3) Customer has to mention Order ID in the subject line of the email.

4) The item should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and un-damaged condition.

5) Returns may also be exchanged and consumers will be provided with store credit that can be spent on the website to purchase another product.

6) Replacements can only be made on the basis of availability of that product on the website.

7) In case of product return, we will issue the refund once we received the product back at our office. Refundwill be initiated within 2 business days and the same is expected to get credited in customer’s account in next 5 to 7 business days.

8) We will notentertain any kind of returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Disclaimer

1) Returns accepted within 3 days. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your item before buying, so you can avoid returns or exchange. Return your item in its original condition, unused with all tags attached, including the receipt.

2) Please note that we are not accepting any returns for customized products i.e. stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for unstitched products.

3) Return requests regarding strains or damage faults need to be filed within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. In these cases, you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product.

4) Returns on Jewellery shall not be entertained due to hygiene issues.
